Dr. Ruchi M. Watson is not your typical strategist; she's the dynamic force behind unlocking the strategic potential in leaders from college students to C-suite executives. As Managing Director of the Goff Strategic Leadership Center, Ruchi and her team are changing the way people work by shaping the strategic leaders of tomorrow.

When she's not teaching leadership in the classroom as a Professor (Lecturer) in the Department of Entrepreneurship and Strategy, Ruchi serves as the Senior Assistant Dean of Strategy and Special Advisor to the Dean at the U's David Eccles School of Business. At the Eccles School, she reimagined their marketing, communications, and analytics teams, developed partnerships with institutions like Oxford and Howard University, and led successful strategic planning and accreditation processes during a time of tremendous growth for the School.

Beyond her daily responsibilities, Ruchi is a relentless advocate for women. She co-chairs the university's Presidential Commission on the Status of Women, sits on the Board of Directors for the Utah Women in Higher Education Network (UWHEN), and co-leads a working group in Utah's Bolder Way Forward movement. In 2021, her unwavering commitment to the community earned her the well-deserved title of one of Utah Business magazine's 30 Women to Watch.
