As the Executive Strategy Director at Boncom, Richard oversees all things human-centered. With expertise in branding, market research, experience design, communications strategy, creative optimization, and more, Richard endeavors explore with empathy, design with logic.
While at Boncom, Richard has worked with a range of purpose-driven organizations including the United Nations Foundation, the Smithsonian, the Polynesian Cultural Center, The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter-day Saints, and Zero Fatalities to name a few. In addition to client work, Richard completed the LEAD Certification from Stanford Graduate School of Business, and co-created Boncom’s Behavioral Science + Psychology for Marketers program.
Before coming to Utah a decade ago, Richard spent the first a eight years of his career working for traditional and digital advertising agencies in both New York and San Francisco. During that time, he worked on a range of dynamic brands like Levi’s, Google, Nike, Walmart, LG Electronics, Dannon, and Target.
