Michael Smart

Michael Smart trains marketing teams to develop and execute content strategies that achieve business results. From Frankfurt to Tokyo, he's worked with brands such as Four Seasons, General Motors, Aflac, Georgia Tech and St. Jude Children's Hospital. Closer to home, he's done training for Ancestry, Instructure, and more. In January Michael started training his clients how to use generative AI to improve both the efficiency and effectiveness of their content production. Originally from the Washington, DC area, Michael loves claiming Utah as his adopted home. Outside of work, he enjoys cheering for his alma mater BYU Cougars, no matter how many games they will have lost by the time this conference takes place.
