As Sr. Director of Strategy and Operations for the World Trade Center Utah, Jim launched the organiuzation's Global Business Services, which has helped hundreds of Utah companies to expand their global footprint. Jim holds degrees in International Business and International Affairs from Utah State University and previously worked for The Shingo Institute for Operational Excellence and The Jon M. Huntsman School of Business.
