Jessica Elwell is the Co-Founder and Chief Operating Officer of OxEon Energy, leading operations, commercial strategy, and a $100M DOE-backed manufacturing scale-up. With more than two decades in product development, aerospace, defense, and clean energy, she contributed leadership to the technology development of NASA’s MOXIE system, which produced oxygen on Mars. Jessica holds a master’s in chemical engineering from Michigan Technological University and serves on national boards including the United States Hydrogen Alliance and the Colorado School of Mines Energy Advisory Board. She was honored by the Women Tech Council as a Visionary Trailblazer, recognizing her career achievements and industry influence.
