Jennifer Sorensen

Jennifer Sorensen has spent her entire career championing the development of people and organizations. As the co-founder and principal consultant at Jirah Partners, you will find her architecting and facilitating employee development, organizational efficiency, and transformation efforts. She partners to create custom solutions that draw out the unique potential of each organization and its people to bring about sustainable change, engaged employees, efficient organizations, and healthy cultures.

Jennifer has been a learning and organizational development practitioner in various organizations and industries at different growth stages.
