Latonya Howell is an accomplished HR Executive with over 16 years of experience leading HR strategy, organizational development, and employee benefits design. She holds a SHRM certification and is recognized for building HR departments from the ground up, aligning people strategies with business objectives, and implementing benefits programs that support both employee well-being and organizational performance.

Latonya currently serves as the Director of Diversity for the Salt Lake SHRM Board and as a Commissioner on the Martin Luther King Jr. Human Rights Commission for the state of Utah.
